Bergdorf Goodman Sale Picks Under $100

If it hasn't yet been clear, I love a good sale.  I can't even remember the last time I bought something full price besides like makeup and food.  J. Crew runs a 30% off everything promotion basically every day but that isn't enough for me - I want to get things 75% off or more.

Maybe it's a "math brain" thing but when I get an email about 30% off full priced items I don't even bother looking because it's just not worth it.  Sure I buy higher priced items, but I typically pay the same for some theory pants as I would for ones at J. Crew and the quality difference there is pretty major.  I like feeling like I am buying/owning quality pieces I won't have to replace frequently (much unlike all the full price Abercrombie clothes I bought in high school).

Bergdorf is running a pretty big sale right now and although I don't intend on buying anything, I thought I would pick out some of my favorite things, i.e. things I would buy if I hadn't just gotten that (lovely, wonderful) bag.

Diane Von Furstenberg Colorblock Eyelet Dress,  now $86.00 (orig. $345.00)

Love black and white colorblock items, they're so classic and chic looking and the eyelet makes this dress adorable for spring/summer.

While the shape of this dress makes it way too short for work, it looks super comfy and easy to dress up or dress down.

Rebecca Taylor Ponte Cutout Shoulder Dress now $68.00 (orig. $275.00)

The cut outs on the shoulders here make an otherwise conservative dress a little more interesting.  The length is really nice too.

Diane Von Furstenberg Cressida V-Neck Dress now $91.00 (orig. $365.00)

I love cap sleeves, I think they're super flattering especially when combined with an equally flattering V neckline.  The design on this dress (hard to see here but zoom in on the website) looks like it would do a body very good.

Elizabeth and James Pam Plaid Button Down now $61.00 (orig. $245.00)

This is still expensive for a plain plaid shirt but knowing the typical quality of Elizabeth and James items, I am sure it's worth it and could add a grungy appeal to any plain work slacks.

Tibi Zebra Peplum Top now $81.00 (orig. $325.00)

This top is called peplum but the shape isn't very peplum-y to me.  I'm pretty sick of the super flared peplum tops that were ubiquitous over the past year but the shape of this one is very subtle and the length and pattern make it really interesting.

Alice + Olivia Keeva T-Back Jersey Tank now $60.00 (orig. $242.00)

Like an all-time favorite haircut, this tank is business in the front and party in the back.  Great for wearing with a skirt and jacket during the day and then going out for cocktails sans the jacket after work.

Tibi Cut-in Shoulder Geometric Dress now $73.00 (orig. $295.00)

Cut-in shoulders are so flattering it's unbelievable.  They make a conservative cut a little sexier by showing off one of the most attractive parts of a woman, her shoulders.  Love this pattern and length.

And for something over $100 because it's just too nice and I am seriously lusting right now:

Rachel Zoe Short Sleeve Leather Blouse now $123.00 (orig. $495.00)

I love this.  The cognac color is amazing, the fit is tailored but not tight, and I really love it with the button down underneath as well.  If this is still around in a month or two I will definitely be considering it.

Do you see anything you like on sale?  Happy hunting!
