New Lens/Sell This House!

I got my new lens in the mail yesterday from Japan, an Olympus M.Zuiko 45mm f1.8 in silver.  I am excited to go practice and play around with it when the woman who wants to buy our house comes to see it again today.

In order to really convince her, I cut up my giant chocolate rads so they were a bit more manageable in size for a person to eat without hating themselves and put them out because supposedly chocolate makes you happy and these things have a massive amount of chocolate in them (almost two pounds!) so maybe that happiness will kick in and she'll associate it with the apartment and up her offer and we'll all be happy.  I took some pictures with my new lens to show off my hospitality (I'm so nice, what can I say?) and see how this thing works.

I'm no photographer, as some of my friends will be very quick to remind me upon seeing my photos, but these look pretty good to me.  That might just be because there's almost two pounds of chocolate in them, though.
